Mr.S.Dinesh Babu has filed vakalat and has entered appearance for the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is the wife who seeks transfer of HMOP.No.51 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Paramathi Velur, Namakkal to the file of the Subordinate Court, Alandur.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent husband has no serious objections for the transfer petition being allowed, since there is a connected matter pending before the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur and has also seeks for expeditious disposal of the two HMOP.Nos.51 of 2023 and 194 of 2023.

5. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. HMOP.No.51 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Paramathi Velur, Namakkal and transfer the same to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur to be tried along with HMOP.No.194 of 2023. The learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur is requested to expedite the joint trial in both matters and dispose of the same 2/4

within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
