When the case was listed for hearing on 01.08.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Hence, the writ petition was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" today i.e., on 02.08.2018. Today also, when the matter was called none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner in the morning and hence the matter was passed over to 2.15 pm., Even at 2.15 pm., there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
