2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first to fourth respondents submitted that the charge sheet has been filed by the third respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Chengalpattu and the same has been taken on file in C.C. No. 268 of 2020. Therefore, no 2/5

investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent in Crime No. 467 of 2018.
