ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition (b) imposed in the anticipatory bail order passed in Crl.O.P.No.15906 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and before the respondent police on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and before the respondent police on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
