Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the file of the 1st respondent made in Ref.No.2861/2008/A1 dated 28.05.2013 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to give all service benefits to the petitioner.

The charge memo issued against the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 28.05.2013 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. Unfortunately, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner passed away. Consequently, the competent authority issued an order in proceedings dated 14.12.2015 dropping all the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner.

3. In view of the said order, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
