ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife seeking a transfer of F.C.O.P.No.229 of 2021 filed by her husband on the file of the Family Court, Chennai for divorce to the Sub-Court at Poonamallee. The petitioner would submit that the husband has filed the application only after she had filed the petition and with an intention to harass her he filed the same before the Family Court, Chengalpattu.

2. The respondent though served has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Sub-Court, Poonamallee, F.C.O.P.No.229 of 2021 filed by the respondent/husband is pending on the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and F.C.O.P.No.229 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu and transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Poonamallee, for being tried along with the petition filed by the petitioner/wife in H.M.O.P.No.553 of 2021.
