The wife seeks transfer of FCOS.No.4 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu to III Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.S.No.230 of 2021. 2.The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience of the wife, who is a feeding mother. The husband, though served with notice, is not appearing either in person or through counsel duly instructed.

3.Considering the convenience of the wife, the suit in FCOS.No.4 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu and transferred to the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
