] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the criminal appeal against Spl.S.C.No.59 of 2022 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpet.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
