ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, requested this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel also brought to the notice of this Court that the execution petition filed was also terminated on 19.01.2026 based on the full satisfaction memo.

2. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the learned counsel for petitioner.
