This petition is to quash the final report in C.C.No.9754 of 2017 on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners were tried and acquitted by the Judgement dated 02.03.2022 in C.C.No.9754 of 2017 which has been challenged in this quash petition.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence the prayer in the instant petition has become infructuous.
