Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records in detention order in Cr.M.P.No.32/Black Marketer/2024 C1 dated 07.07.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body of the petitioner's husband Thiru.Mani, S/o.Prabhu, Male, aged about 27 years, the detenu now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore, before this Court and set him at liberty.
