Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11176 of 2017, dated 05.09.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SOUNDARARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.RAVICHANDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, seeking to relax the condition imposed by order dated 09.08.2017 and also considering the fact that the appeal is pending from the year 2016, this Court is not inclined to entertain this miscellaneous petition. 3.Hence the Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by order dated 09.08.2017, is dismissed. Post the main appeal on 04.09.2018.
