[Order of the Court was made by M. JAICHANDREN, J] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition stating that his daughter, namely, Deepika, aged about 25 years, had gone missing, on 8.11.2016.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the son of the third respondent, namely, Udayakumar had abducted the said Deepika and has been keeping her in his illegal custody. In such circumstances, the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the second respondent police, on 10.11.2016, and a C.S.R. (Community Service Register) number has been given as 760 of 2016.

At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, had submitted that the detenu, as well as one Udayakumar, son of the third respondent had appeared before the second respondent police and had submitted letters stating that they had got married on 10.11.2016 and they are living together, happily. He had placed the Photostat copies of the letters submitted by the detenu as well as the said Udayakumar, before this Court.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first and the second respondents, we are of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
