C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime Nos.6 and 851 of 2021 and to file a final report within a stipulated time frame.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered cases in the above said crime numbers on 06.09.2021 and 09.11.2021 respectively, no final report is filed till date.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent may be permitted to file final reports in the aforesaid two cases within a period of two months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of 2/4

two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.

With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
