(The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20843 of 2019 dated 08.01.2021, offence under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act has not been mentioned in the first paragraph and the same has to be incorporated in the said order. He further submitted that fifth petitioner name has been wrongly typed as "Dhanush" instead of "Dhanush @ Dhanash".

3. Considering the above submission, the name of the 5th respondent is ordered to be read as "Dhanush @ Dhanash" insted of "Dhanush" and paragraph 1 of the order shall be substituted as follows:

" (b) the petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.10 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail".

4. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.20843 of 2020 dated 08.01.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.

6. Time is extended for further two weeks for executing sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order. 25.01.2021 mrp 3/4
