O R D E R

While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 31.07.2019, this Court directed the District Munsif Court, Alandur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.283 of 2018. within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. This Court has received a letter dated 11.11.2020 from the Principal District Munsif, Alandur (FAC), seeking extension of time to 1/3

comply with the order dated 31.07.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, further period of four months is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order dated 31.07.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition. 16.12.2020 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking order.
