The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.839 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.839 of 2012, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners before the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai.
