ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent has made an endorsement expressing the consent of the respondent for transfer of the H.M.O.P.No.489 of 2015 from the Subordinate Court at Poonamallee to Principal Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.4283 of 2015.

2. The endorsement is recorded. The Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P No.489 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Court, Poonamallee and transferred to the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The transferee Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the H.M.O.P expeditiously.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
