This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to amend the respondent Police in the cause title as PEW Hosur Police Station instead of Hosur Police Station in Crl.R.C.No.1131 of 2024 vide order dated 03.07.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, the respondent Police in the order dated 03.07.2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1131 of 2024 has been typed as Hosur Police Station instead of PEW Hosur Police Station, which requires to be modified as PEW Hosur Police Station.

3. Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for allowing this petition.
