Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the second respondent herein to produce the body of the detenue of the petitioners minor daughter Rakshana, aged about 5 years from the illegal custody of the 4 to 7 respondent before this Court and set her liberty at once.

ORDER

[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY M.JAICHANDREN, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fifth respondent.

2. At this stage of hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had stated that the petitioner has taken a house on rent, at Erode, near the house of the paternal grandparents of the minor child, as agreed between the parties. However, it is noted that the minor child is unwilling to go along with the petitioner, at this stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the parties concerned had submitted that a working arrangement would be made after an amicable settlement is arrived at between the petitioner and the paternal grandparents of the minor child.

4. Recording the same, we are inclined to close the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
