This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to formulate an independent council or board for acupuncture life science to facilitate the members of the petitioner's organization to practice and serve the mankind to create drugless disease free healthy society as per the Guidelines of Government of India by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 12.10.2020 within a reasonable time.
2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would state that since the representation given by the petitioner is of the year 2020, a copy of the same may be given to the respondents to enable 2/4
them to dispose of the same within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
3. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the representation dated 12.10.2020 to the respondents forthwith and the respondents, on receipt of such representation, shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
