This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 9(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.14182 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
