Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to bring the body of the petitioner's daughter viz., P.Sathyapriya, 17 years old, who is in the illegal custody of the third respondent herein before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

[Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 2.At this stage of the hearing for the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the detenue, namely, P.Sathyapriya, had started living with the petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, in her own home.
