Crl.MP.No.11300 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.6116 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition passed in Crl.OP.No.6116 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023 in Cr.No.111 of 2023 that the Petitioner shall report the Respondent police on every day at 10.30 am until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
