This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7870 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9480 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required.
