2. The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the transfer of H.M.O.P.853 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court, Madurai to the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram for disposal.

3. The respondent's counsel expressed no objection in effecting the transfer request as prayed for and also made an endorsement to that effect.
