This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.17249 of 2021 on 30.11.2021 to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
