This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.17597 of 2021 dated 23.08.2021.

2. The learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the Greater Chennai Corporation Mr.K.Raja Shrinivas would submit that the land in which badminton Court was constructed is an unapproved land. Only after getting approval for the land from the Corporation, building plan can be granted for construction of badminton Court.

3. In the light of the aforesaid submissions, we find no wilfull disobedience on the part of the respondent. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
