The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" upon being mentioned by learned counsel, Mr.Jose John Zachariah, who presently represents the 3rd respondent in Comp.A.No.251 of 2021 on a change of Vakalat. Comp.A.No.251 of 2021 and related applications were disposed of by order dated 12.01.2022. In paragraph No.4 of the said order, it was recorded as under: "Subject to indemnification, the 3rd respondent also has no objection to this application being allowed"

2. At the hearing today, Mr.Jose John Zachariah submits that the 3rd respondent did not consent to the application being allowed subject to indemnification. Therefore, a request is made to delete the reference to "no objection" by the 3rd respondent.

3. Since the above is neither a clerical nor arithmetical error, the order cannot be modified in response to the request. However, the objection raised by the 3rd respondent in such respect is noted.
