This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7311 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8075 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed and the case is taken on file in S.C.No.149 of 2023 on the file of City Civil Court (to try the cases under POCSO Act), Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
