This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24156 of 2022 dated 11.01.2023, passed by this Court, to report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30am, until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case is taken as Spl.S.C.No.121 of 2023 for the offence under Section 4 and 12 of POCSO Act, 2012 along with Sections 366, 343 and 506(i) of IPC and committed to Sessions Court. He further submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed, however, he is directed to appear before the Sessions Court on all hearing dates.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
