This Court vide orders dated 21.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.5616/2023 in Crl.A.No.447/2023, granted suspension of sentence to the present revision petitioner and directed the petitioner to pay 20% of the fine amount imposed by the trial Court against him within a period of one month from the date of his release.
