This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 09.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3340 of 2023 on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, Chennai.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
