Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ, order or Direction in the nature of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's husband Govindharaj, in connection with complaint given by petitioner dated 11.11.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent in Crime No.183 of 2016 and pass such further order deem fit and proper.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the wife of one Govindharaj, male, aged about 45 years. Alleging that the petitioner's husband, Govindharaj, has been found missing from 18.10.2016. The petitioner has come forward with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the second respondent, that Mr.Govindharaj, was arrested by The Inspector of Police, Mydukur Police Station, in connection with crime No.316 of 2016, and remanded to judicial custody by Judicial Magistrate, Kadappa and now, he is in Central Prison, Kadappa. Recording the above statement, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
