Crl.M.P.No.11149 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.13341 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13341 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 11.00am, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 4(b) imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13341 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 11.00am, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
