There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner-husband is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month for the maintenance award to the minor son on or before 5th day of every English Calendar month and arrears to be paid at the rate of Rs.3,000/- within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
