This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to disburse the security deposit fund with 18% interest from the date of the petitioner's grandfather's death admissible to the petitioner and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 20.05.2013.
