This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that originally the petitioner was not an accused Crime No.204 of 2025. He has been implicated in this case subsequent to the confession statement made by the co-accused. The petitioner instead of appearing for enquiry/investigation before respondent-Police, he has rushed to this court.

4. On a reading of materials, this Court finds that the petitioner has not approached this Court with clean hands. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent-Police for investigation.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
