Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the Government have passed an order, vide G.O.Ms.Standing) No.27, Revenue (N1.Mu.3 (2) Department, dated 27.01.2017, by which, the land assigned in favour of the first respondent has been cancelled.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
