[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The petitioner is seeking premature release of her husband Aslam, S/o.Jainulapudin, Convict No.18819, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.64 dated 01.02.2018. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation, which has been received by the Superintendent of Prisons, Coimbatore on 14.08.2020 and the same has been forwarded to the office of the Director General of Prisons on 17.08.2020.

2. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
