ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to 1/4

issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to regularise the temporary suspension period and medical leave periods in the service register of the petitioner's husband and disburse the revised amount of family pension to the petitioner by considering her representation dated 07.01.2023. 2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that her husband was working as VAO and was placed under suspension. Further, her husband died in harness. Therefore, she gave a representation on 07.07.2023 to regularise the temporary suspension and medical leave in the Service Register of her husband. However, the same has not been considered.

3. On perusal of the recordds, it appears that on 16.10.2014, the Tahsildar/Third Respondent has recommended to the RDO for regularising the period of suspension and also the medical leave. Despite the same, nothing has been fructified.

4. Such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 007.01.2023 by taking into consideration the recommendation made by the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.No.A3/0114/2012 dated 16.10.2014 and pass appropriate Orders on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
