This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8731 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8866 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.00a.m. for another period of three months.
