Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter V.Usha, D/o Venkatesh, aged about 16 years from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent before this Hon'ble Court and handover her custody to the petitioner herein.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The writ of habeas corpus has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the minor daughter of the petitioner, V.Usha, aged about 16 years.
2. The second respondent police secured the detenue girl and produced before this Court. A case under the POCSO Act was registered against the third respondent. The minor girl completed 10th Standard and is yet to secure admission to the Higher Secondary Course. The parents of the detenue are ready and willing to allow the minor to pursue her education. The detenue also informed us that she is willing to stay along with her parents to continue her studies.
3. In view of the said factum, no further adjudication needs to be
