C.M.P.No.14539 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.480 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to permit the petitioners herein to withdraw the admitted award amount of Rs.94,03,496/- in the above CMA with accured interest.

2. Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.M.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/Insurance Company.

3. No order is required in the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition, since on 09.03.2022, this Court has permitted for the withdrawal of the admitted award amount.

Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
