When the matter was taken up, Mr.Chander M.Lall, learned senior counsel was before us on VC (video conferencing) platform along with Ms.Amrutha Srinivasan, counsel on record for appellant, who was before us in the physical Court (to be noted, this is a hybrid hearing which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court).

2. As regards captioned two Civil Miscellaneous Petitions ('CMPs' in plural and 'CMP' in singular for the sake of brevity), when the matter was listed before a Co-ordinate Division Bench (Alternate Division Bench as per Notification) on 09.08.2024, the following proceedings were made:

K.RAJASEKAR, J.

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Today, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant is not pressing for any interim order. At the request of the learned Senior Counsel on either side, post the matter on 30.08.2024.'

3. Adverting to the aforementioned proceedings, it is submitted that there is no disputation or contestation as regards the proceedings. This means that the captioned two CMPs are to be given a closure. Captioned CMPs are disposed of as closed in the light of the aforementioned proceedings and we make it clear that we have not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter in closure of the captioned CMPs and all questions are left open.
