Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the petitioner report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14862 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SASI REKHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14862 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14862 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
