2. This Court has allowed the petition in W.M.P. No.23640 of 2021 in W.P. No.15182 of 2021, filed by the first respondent in the writ petition modifying the direction originally issued by this Court in the writ petition in W.P. No.15182 of 2021. Instead of directing the first respondent in the writ petition, the direction is now issued to the Principal Chief Material Manager, General Stores Depot, Southern Railway, Perambur, Chennai - 23, to consider the petitioner's representation.
3. In view of the modified order, this Court is of the view that there is no cause for prosecuting this contempt petition further. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
