The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No. 140 of 2019 on the file of Subordinate Court, Arakkonam, filed by her husband to the file of Family Court, Ariyalur. 2.
Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience of wife, who is resident of Senthurai Taluk of Ariyalur District.

Mr. S.Vijay Anand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that if HMOP is transferred to the file of Family Court, that too be far of place, it would difficult for the husband to appear for every hearing. Admittedly, the husband is a resident of Paranchi Village in Arakkonam Taluk. The learned Counsel would therefore submit that the transfer to Sub Court where the parties are not required to appear in person for every hearing would be in the interest of justice. 4.

husband, H.M.O.P.No. 140 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Arakkonam, Ranipet District, and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Virudhachalam.

With the above direction, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
