This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail concerned in crime No. 372 of 2024 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is employee of the defacto complainant's company, the petitioner along with one Yasmeer Kouser/A1 were colluded and fabricated fake delivery challan and gate pass in the name of M/s.Faritha Shoes Pvt. Ltd. and taken materials viz., Eva Foam out of the hall as if sending for job work and thereby made loss to the defacto complainant's company to the tune of Rs.49,06,634/-. Further, on verification, the petitioner along with other accused persons have involved in the said theft for the past two years and after auditing it was found that the accused persons caused Rs.86,00,000/- loss the defacto complainant's company. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it seems that the petitioner along with other accused persons stolen material worth about Rs.49 lakhs from the defacto complainant's company, which needs detailed investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 26.07.2024 pbl
