ORDER

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle still remains untraceable and therefore, the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court could not execute the warrant of commission. She seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application, however, with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner once again, if the vehicle is traceable. Learned counsel for the applicant also submitted that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis initial remuneration has already been paid to the Advocate Commissioner.

2. Accordingly, this Application is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty as sought for by the applicant is granted. This Court, while deciding the fresh application to be filed by the applicant seeking for the very same relief shall consider retaining the same Advocate Commissioner, since the applicant has already paid the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner. 17-02-2025 vsi To
